DAA Mini Mr. BulletFeeder – Pistol

The DAA Mini Mr. BulletFeeder is a manual bullet feeding system for progressive reloading presses, specially designed for pistol calibers such as 9×19 mm, .38 Super, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. The system uses a 6-tube magazine holding approximately 100 bullets and feeds them into the same highly reliable seating die as the original Mr. BulletFeeder.

Features:

• Six-tube magazine: Includes six transparent tubes with pre-installed steel ball bearings that secure and release bullets. Once a tube is empty, the next can be rotated into position in just one or two seconds.
• Manual loading: Tubes are filled by hand prior to the session – similar to how primer tubes are prepared. With a little practice, filling takes about two minutes and can be done in advance. Extra magazine assemblies are available separately.
• Efficient workflow: Preloaded tubes can be swapped quickly, supporting high output or batch reloading.
• Compatibility: Fits progressive presses using standard die threads (e.g., Dillon XL650, XL750, RL550). The powder funnel included is Dillon-compatible. Other presses may require a different expander.
• Toolhead placement: The bullet feeder requires a die station directly following the powder measure.

Practical notes:

On the Dillon XL750, the powder bar sits directly over station #4 and cannot be repositioned. This causes issues when using a powder check in station #3 and a bullet feeder in station #4. The solution: DAA’s optional short Dillon powder bar.

On the Dillon 1050, the angle of the powder funnel can force the bullet feeder too far off-center when a powder check follows. This limitation applies only to the 1050.

Using a bullet feeder not only speeds up the process but improves safety by eliminating manual bullet placement under the toolhead. The Mini Mr. BulletFeeder is an affordable solution for those not ready for a full automated feeder.
