The new iteration of Helikon’s Trooper jacket, the Trooper Mk2, is a lightweight outdoor softshell jacket with a more practical design and a better-fitting size range. It allows for unrestricted movement thanks to its slightly elastic main material. It serves well as a tactical jacket, evident from the hook & loop panels on the shoulders and its emphasis on functionality. Well-known and highly regarded features of the Trooper and Blizzard jackets return in a modern form as the Trooper Mk2.

The looser fit makes the Trooper Mk2 an excellent choice as a softshell outer jacket, and on colder days, you can layer something warmer underneath, for example a hoodie. The main material used is StormStretch®, a lightweight nylon with a hint of elastane, which makes the jacket comfortable and non-restrictive. It serves as a lightweight layer that protects against cold and moisture, aided by the well-thought-out design of the stowable hood with a contoured visor. The extended cut safeguards your kidneys from the wind.
