Kong

KONG traces its origins to a workshop founded in 1830 by Giuseppe Bonaiti at the foot of the Alps. Since 1977, the company has operated under the name KONG, producing technical equipment for vertical activities.

The production site is a 10,000 m² factory in Monte Marenzo near Lecco, covering the entire manufacturing process. Each item is individually tested. The product range includes carabiners, belay and descent devices, harnesses, helmets, pulleys, and equipment for mountain rescue, industry, maritime applications, and canyoning—widely used by firefighters, military, and height access professionals.
