Materials

• Stock: 7075 T651 aircraft-grade aluminum
• Chassis: 6082 aluminum alloy

High-stress threads are reinforced with steel inserts to improve torque resistance and durability.

The surface is protected with a two-component Cerakote ceramic coating. All screws meet or exceed strength class 10.9—no soft or low-strength fasteners are used.
