LuxDefTec S.A. (also trading as LDT – Luxembourg Defence Technologies) has been active since 2005 in producing modular defense-oriented weapon platforms. The company is based in Holzem, Luxembourg.

Its product portfolio includes AR-15-style rifles (commonly referred to as “Black Rifles”), with core components such as upper and lower receivers and barrels manufactured in Germany. Notable models include the LDT 10 (.308 Win semi-auto), the compact LDT 15 series, the LDT M14, and PDW variants like the HSG-1 and HSG-41. These systems are known for modularity, high-quality materials (e.g., forged anodized aluminum 7075 T6), quick barrel changes, and versatile mission applicability.
