M-Tac Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite - Coyote

The peculiarity of the Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite is its convenient shape in the form of a roll, thanks to which it takes up a minimum of space, while not conflicting with other equipment providing lumbar support when sitting in a vehicle.

The medical pouch is installed in the pocket of the rear part of the plate carrier. An additional removable Velcro layer on the flap of the pouch will help to integrate it into any plate carrier where the lower part of the back pocket closes with Velcro, no matter if the hook or loop part is needed.

This roll consists of two parts: an outer cover and the internal IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) pouch. The outer cover is adjustable in volume and provides open two-way access. By pulling the strap it can be quickly removed. The pouch is connected to the cover by means of Velcro to prevent accidental loss. Inside the pouch an organizer made of rubber bands for attaching medical supplies (not included) can be found. The front flap of the pouch is equipped with an identifier in two colors.
