The Norman Windblock Fleece Jacket is equally suitable for windy and cold weather thanks to WindBlock material and Softshell inserts. You can use it as an outer layer or as insulation under a jacket. The WindBlock membrane grid structure is designed for low temperature conditions so that 80% of body heat is reflected from the surface inward and only 20% (excessive heat during activity) leaves the membrane grid.
