The company develops and manufactures high-quality, mission-critical medical products following Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines, Rescue Human Factors® engineering, and evidence-based medicine to reduce preventable deaths.

Core products include the Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T®), hemostatic dressings, HyFin chest seals, ARS decompression kits, and Hypothermia Prevention & Management Kits (HPMK®).
