Description:

Ballistic square side plate in NIJ Level III (Stand Alone / Singlecurved). The advantage of a 100% polyethylene ballistic plate is that the weight is much lower than a ceramic plate. Polyethylene can often handle several impacts in the same area, which are located close to each other. In order to protect the plate from impact, PGD has also applied a thin layer of foam all the way around the plate.
