Special Pie Technology (brand name Special Pie or Special 314) is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Originating from Indesign Technology founded in 2010, the company initially specialized in infrared touch and interactive systems.

Since 2015, its focus shifted to shooting and archery training, offering laser-based shooting systems, laser simulators, intelligent targets, shot timers, chronographs, shooting headsets, and display units. Products such as the L17 laser-shot trainer and auto-reset steel targets are used by military, law enforcement, and civilians—including at events like the IPSC World Shoot 2025.

Manufactured in China, Special Pie distributes globally through multiple regional partners.
