Overview

The Spuhr SP-5016 is a high-quality cantilever scope mount designed for rifles equipped with MIL-STD-1913 or STANAG 4694 Picatinny rails. It is particularly suitable for AR platforms, providing an absolute co-witness with most clip-on night vision (NV) units. This mount allows the scope to be positioned 40 mm (1.57 inches) farther forward compared to non-cantilever mounts, enhancing eye relief and shooting comfort. The mount accommodates 35 mm scope tubes and features a 0 MIL/0 MOA tilt, ensuring no additional elevation is introduced. With a height of 38 mm (1.5 inches) and a length of 150 mm (5.9 inches), it offers versatility for various shooting configurations. The mount weighs 260 grams (9.2 ounces) and includes a 10-degree wedge to assist with leveling during installation. Please note that it is not compatible with the SAKO S20 or rifles with two-piece rails. Additionally, as of fall 2023, rear top covers will no longer feature alignment grooves.
