Rapid Reloading System to Reduce Operational Costs

The B&T Reloading Device is engineered to streamline the reloading process of SIR and SIR-X less-lethal ammunition for the GL06 launcher. After retrieving spent cases and projectiles, the propulsion cartridge is ejected using the reloading press. A new cartridge is then inserted, and the projectile is manually pressed onto the case. This entire procedure takes only a few seconds and can be performed concurrently with range training sessions. The projectiles are designed for multiple reloads, significantly lowering training expenses to approximately 0.50 CHF per round.
