The MDR E4 provides not only efficient sound and flash reduction but also shifts the rifle's center of mass closer to the pistol grip, resulting in drastically improved handling. Thanks to the over-barrel design, the silencer visually covers all MLOK slots on the handguard for a clean and seamless look. It does not interfere with the adjustable gas block of the rifle.

Please note: Not compatible with the standard handguard of the MDR. You need the Reflex Suppressor Handguard offered by Desert Tech.
