Exceptional Performance Features

The Ruger Model 5610 SFAR chambered in 7.62 NATO / 308 Win delivers full-powered performance in a compact Small-Frame Autoloading Rifle platform nearly identical in size to a 5.56-caliber MSR.

The upper receiver is precision machined from hard-coat anodized aluminum forging and includes a brass deflector, forward assist, and partial Picatinny rail system. Venting holes throughout the upper receiver, barrel extension, and bolt carrier safely redirect excess gas away from the user.

The lower receiver features a generous flared magazine well for quick magazine changes, and includes a Magpul MOE SL stock and Magpul MOE grip for ergonomic handling and positive control. The receiver end plate integrates an additional QD sling swivel socket.

The 381mm Lite free-float aluminum handguard is equipped with M-LOK attachment slots at 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 positions, while docked Picatinny rail sections provide optimized weight distribution and improved grip access. QD sling swivel sockets are located at the muzzle end for comfortable two-point sling carry.

The cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel features ultra-precise 5R rifling and a black nitride finish to ensure outstanding accuracy, durability, and easy maintenance. The Ruger 2-port Boomer muzzle brake minimizes felt recoil and maintains compatibility with other muzzle devices via 5/8"-24 threading.

The bolt and barrel extension are CNC-machined from high-strength super alloy steel. The bolt carrier group features a chrome-lined steel carrier, nitride-treated staked gas key, DLC-coated titanium firing pin, dual ejectors, and optimized extractor for reliable cycling and ejection.

Equipped with the Ruger Elite 452 trigger, it offers a crisp 2-stage trigger pull combined with full-strength hammer spring and lightweight hammer for fast lock time and consistent primer ignition. Compatible with most mil-spec MSR components including trigger groups, charging handles, grips, end plates, and adjustable stocks.

Supplied with one 20-round Magpul PMAG magazine and fully compatible with SR25/AR-10 pattern .308 Win / 7.62 NATO magazines.
